College Success Scholarship Application

Applicants must be U.S. citizens
Applicants must be undergraduate students enrolled full time at any accredited university within the United States or high school seniors accepted into a university program or must be undergraduate student enrolled full time at any community college within the United States or a high school senior accepted into a community college.
Students must have a minimum 2.8 GPA.

Award Process

1) Final candidates will be selected within 30 days of the deadline.

2) Scholarship monies will be distributed to the student's pending the following:

Proof of enrollment in college via the college administration department.

Proof of grade point average of 2.8 or better was obtained.

Self recommendation letter

3) Scholarships awards are for a minimum of $100 - and a maximum of $1000.00 USD.
